EG had no problems in their opening match at IEM Beijing-Haidian.

Evil Geniuses was predicted as big favorites to advance from Group B of IEM Beijing-Haidian.

Against Rebirth the Evil Geniuses had no problem securing the victory.

On Nuke EG won their CT-side with 13-2, and took the map 16-7.

Same scoreline was the result after Train in a game, where nobody ever was in doubt, that Evil Geniuses would take the victory.

Tarik "tarik" Celik ended the match with 45-28 in K/D.

EG now face the winner of Triumph and TeamOne.
