Evil Geniuses IGL: We came here to win
The Canadian captain is certain that he and EG can make a good result at BLAST Premier Global Final.
The American team Evil Geniuses is the lowest-ranked team going into BLAST Premier Global Final, and with their #18 place, they are the only attending team outside Top 15. Nevertheless, it won’t stop EG’s in-game leader Peter “Stanislaw” Jarguz to explicitly express his confidence and their strong chances at the important event.
“You guys are going to laugh; but our expectation is to win, we know we’re capable of winning. We came here two weeks early to make sure that we were prepared and to practice. Our goal is to win”
In a post-match interview with the BLAST desk, stanislaw touches on their bootcamp in Europe, and how they still consider themselves as title contenders, even though they haven’t played competitive CS for months.
stanislaw and his troops took down FURIA yesterday in confident fashion, coming back from a crushing defeat to Astralis in the opening round.
