YEKINDAR delivers yet again in Virtus.pro victory against Spirit
A team performance ended up with a win for Virtus.pro, in a game where the team beats the individuals.
Virtus.pro was dominating the first half as the CT´s on the rails, with incredible team performance.
It is not every day that we see a game, where the rating and average are so much better on the losing team than on the winning team as we saw on this map. The Kazakhstani buster delivered a very bad map, where he played with a rating of 0.57 for Virtus.pro who ended up winning.
The fourth-best player from Spirit on the map was sdy, who had a rating of 1.15, and if we look at the best-rated player for Virtus.pro on Train, it is Jame with a rating of 1.09. A very strange outcome from the rails, as Virtus.pro won the map 16-11.
Spirit was leading the second map at halftime 10-5, and they had played great defense on the CT side.
But it seemed like something clicked in the Virtus.pro players, as they began to demolish Spirit.
The Russian roster ended up making an exceptional comeback on the map, and they ended up winning the map 16-11, which means that they won 11 rounds and only lost 1 round in the second half as the CT side. An absolutely outrageous performance by Virtus.pro.
