About Spirit

Team Spirit began their journey in Counter-Strike in 2016. Since then the team has been playing mostly in the B-tier tournaments. But from 2021 the team began an upwards trajectory that culminated in early 2024 with the win at IEM Katowice 2024. The signing of the young talent Danil "donk" Kryshkovets proved to be vital in the summer of 2023 when he was promoted from the Academy team. Later in the year, Dmitriy "sh1ro" Sokolov joined the team as well, and suddenly Team Spirit was considered a real contender in the S-tier tournaments. At IEM Katowice 2024, they convincingly won the Grand Final taking down FaZe 3-0. Team Spirit was founded in Russia, but relocated to Serbia in 2022.
