Virtus.pro knock out Spirit from EPIC League CIS
YEKINDAR and company managed to grab the victory and secure a spot in the consolidation final.
Virtus.pro took down Spirit 2-1 in the lower final of EPIC League CIS 2021 and have secured a spot in the consolidation final of the event against either Akuma or Gambit. Jame and company started off the series in good fashion and secured their own map pick on Inferno (16-12), before Spirit bounced back and dominated them out of the server on Dust2 (5-16). On the decider of Overpass, neither of the teams were able to find their footing in the opening rounds, but after several contributions from VP’s SANJI, him and company managed to wrap up the series 2-0 by closing out the map 16-7.
