Virtus.pro youngster: We want to test ourselves against the very top
VP has taken the CIS region by storm but YEKINDAR and company will not stop there, as they want to dethrone Astralis, NAVI and Vitality.
In May last year, Mareks "YEKINDAR" Gaļinskis joined the iconic organization of Virtus.pro, after an impressive tenure at the lower-ranked pro100 in Ukraine. The acquisition of the young rifler was a key factor for VP’s remarkable rise on the CIS scene, which culminated with strong victories at Flashpoint 2 and DreamHack Open December.
Virtus.pro has continued their great form here in 2021, as the Russian Bears overpowered the entire competition at the prestigious cs_summit 7, taking home a striking $100.000 prize earning.
