Virtus.pro may return to compete under their original banner
The Dzami "Jame" Ali-led squad has played as "Outsiders" for more than seven months due to Russia's invasion of Ukraine back in March.
According to Dexerto, the CS:GO world can potentially look to welcome back the Virtus.pro name and logo once again, therefore quitting the “Outsiders” banner.
The media outlet has published an article stating that Valve has decided to rename the organization's Dota 2 team from Outsiders to Virtus.pro on their official website.
The article goes into detail on how a recent investment by the Armenian businessman Aram Karamanukyan, who has been appointed as VP’s new CEO and allegedly “owns the Virtus.pro trademark”, can help them evade the ban given out to the organization.
