Jame & co. to remain as ‘Outsiders’ at BLAST World Final

Since the start of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, Virtus.pro’s CS:GO team has been forced to play under the neutral name of ‘Outsiders’, without any reference to their organization or sponsors.

However, a recent Virtus.pro Instagram post raised questions about the team’s intended name for the BLAST World Final in Abu Dhabi. Instead of Outsiders’ logo on the list of competing teams, Virtus.pro displayed their own logo.

Dexerto contacted the tournament organizer from BLAST to get an answer about the situation, and they stated that the team will play as Outsiders, which is the same name they won the IEM Rio Major with.
