FalleN on his future: I want to feel more joy from playing CS:GO next year
The Brazilian superstar opens up about his future perspective and how he hopes to retrieve some lost feelings regarding competitive play.
It’s no secret that the North American mastodont in Team Liquid isn’t in the best shape at the moment. Throughout the entire year and part of 2020, the sleeping giant hasn’t lived up to their previous top levels with several unsatisfactory results.
After the Major, heavy rumours and reports appeared of some “internal issues” within the roster and the team not playing and practising together going into BLAST Premier Fall Final. Something, Jonathan “EliGE” Jablonowski and Jake “Stewie2k” Yip confirmed to Pley.gg yesterday.
At the media day at BLAST Fall Final, we also got the chance to have a chat with Liquid’s Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo. In the interview, the Brazilian AWPer explains how he’s lost a bit of joy from playing competitive Counter-Strike.
- For me personally, I really want to feel a bit more joy when it comes to living on a daily basis with a team next year. So, I will think about what I can for next year to have in that regard, because I want to have more fun and feel what Counter-Strike really is for me, FalleN said to Pley.gg.
The entire interview with FalleN can be found down below, where you can hear his thoughts about his future, how he stays motivated and hungry, and whether he intends to join a Brazilian team in the future.
FalleN and the rest of Liquid are taking on Vitality in the opening round at BLAST Premier Fall Final this Wednesday. You can watch the match in the following article.
