ZywOo picks Danish star as the Best Player of 2020
The French superstar doesn't consider either s1mple or himself as the best player of last year.
In 2019, Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut took the entire CS:GO world by storm, presenting arguably the best rookie season in the history of the game. And the French prodigy hasn’t looked back ever since, now being one of the best players, even though his humble age of 20 years.
ZywOo’s 2020 season has been just as impressive as prior years, with the powerful AWPer player topping several rankings and leading Vitality to several big victories. And even though, he throughout the year has fought a brutal battle against NAVI’s Aleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev for the highest-ranking, the French player believes that the ‘Best Player of 2020’ is a certain Dane from Astralis.
The French superstar took part in a recent interview with the media 1pv.fr, where he picks Nicolai “device” Reedtz as the best player of 2020.
“To me, Device is the best player of the year, even if s1mple is ahead in terms of stats. What Device does for his team is just incredible. And even what he is as a player, I like it.”
