Spirit tournament favorites at Esports World Cup

On Wednesday, the highly anticipated Esports World Cup for CS2 kicks off. Here, 15 teams will compete for a total prize pool of $1,000,000.
Several of the world's best teams are participating, with Team Spirit, Vitality, FaZe, and MOUZ being the top favorites to win according to the bookmakers. Bet365 has named Team Spirit as the favorite to take home the victory with odds of 3.75. Vitality is not far behind, while FaZe, MOUZ, and NAVI are considered the closest competitors.
At the bottom of the list is JiJieHao, which offers a return of 1001 times the money if they happen to lift the trophy.
The CS2 tournament in the Esports World Cup is part of a prestigious project by the Esports World Cup Foundation (EWCF) and ESL FACEIT Group. Competitions are being held in 22 different game titles with a total prize pool of $60,000,000. Currently, Team Falcons leads the overall rankings, but they are not represented in CS2 after disappointing in the qualifiers and failing to qualify for the event on home soil.
