mantuu announced on new BIG roster

The Polish AWP'er will be part of a revitalized BIG squad for the new season.

Today marked the day of another big reshuffle in the world of CS:GO.

The German organization BIG presented their new roster, where Josef "faveN" Baumann, Nils "k1to" Gruhne, and Marcel "hyped" Köhn will all leave the active roster giving way for Mateusz "mantuu" Wilczewski, Elias "s1n" Stein, and David "prosus" Hesse.

faveN will step down until the fall due to happy circumstances with him recently being a father, while hyped will return to the academy team. k1to has been transferlisted.

Elias "s1n" Stein, and David "prosus" Hesse both join the main team after a stint on the academy team, while Mateusz "mantuu" Wilczewski escapes his involuntary hiatus away from top-tier CS:GO. The Polish AWP'er was sidelined in the summer of 2022 from OG, after Abdulkhalik "degster" Gasanov took his spot on the team with an excellent stand-in performance at BLAST Spring Finals in Lisbon.

You can read more about how that situation affected mantuu in our interview with him below.
