About BIG
BIG or Berlin International Gaming is a German esports organization established in 2017. It was founded by three former pro players, Fatih “gob b” Dayik, Nikola “LEGIJA” Ninic and Johannes “tabseN” Wodarz. The goal was to become the leading German esports organization and to compete at the absolute highest international level.
BIG attempts to maintain a German-based roster to amplify and strengthen this German DNA that the organization possesses. This was clearly is shown in their first line-up in 2017 with featuring gob b, tabseN, LEGIJA, keev and nex.
In the beginning of 2020, BIG acquires two promising new players in k1to and syrsoN which should prove to be exactly what they were missing. The German team was at times unstoppable and won multiple tournaments resulting in a top spot on the world ranking for a period. With the victory over G2 in DreamHack Masters Spring as their biggest victory so far.
