In-form Danes at BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2021
K0nfig, BlameF, and Dupreeh all showed their phenomenal individual skill in Group A and Group B
The ongoing BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2021 event sees three groups of top-tier Counter-Strike teams battling against each other for a spot in the upcoming BLAST Premier Spring Finals event. Group C is currently underway, however, the victors of Group A and B have already been crowned. When looking at the best performing players throughout the battles of Group A and B it is clear that Danish Counter-Strike is as prominent as ever. Three Danish players in Kristian "k0nfig" Wienecke, Peter "dupreeh" Rasmussen, and Benjamin "blameF" Bremer managed a spot in the top 5 best performing players.
Whilst the name of "dupreeh" is familiar to most Counter-Strike fans around the world it is perhaps more exciting to see "k0nfig" perform this well at an event. Known for being deadly when in form and perhaps the opposite when not feeling it, "k0nfig" was without any doubt a big reason why Complexity managed to cruise through their group with only 2-0 BO3-victories.
Perhaps most impressive about Complexity's phenomenal run in Group B was their confident 2-0 victory over Vitality and "ZywOo". Putting up a 1.53 rating across the two maps, it can definitely be said to be one of "k0nfig's" best performing series for quite some time.
