Crazy numbers! YEKINDAR was an entry-fragging BEAST at ESL Pro League
The Liquid rifler were levels above the rest of the competition at the top-tier event.
There’s no way denying that going up 5vs4 in a round will grant you much better conditions to secure you the win in CS:GO. One of the best ways to constantly get these advantageous situations is to acquire a powerful entry-fragger.
And that was exactly what the North Americans from Liquid did when they picked up Mareks "YEKINDAR" Gaļinskis, though still as a temporary member. At the newly-concluded ESL Pro League Season 16, the Latvian powerhouse cemented his name as CS:GO’s best entry-fragger by demonstrating crazy opening kills numbers.
During the Pro League, YEKINDAR racked up an insane 141 total opening kills for Liquid, which ended up being 50 kills more than number two on the list in Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut. YEKINDAR was also by far the player who attempted the most opening duels, going for an entry 4/10 rounds. You can see his stats down below (Top 3 at the bottom)
