BIG moves XANTARES to transfer list
Today the German organization announced that their Turkish star has been moved to the transfer list.
Berlin International Gaming have announced the removal of their Turkish star from their starting lineup. Ismailcan “XANTARES” Dörtkardes has been a part of BIG since 2018 and was moved to the transfer list to make way for BIG’s new Danish player in Nicklas “gade” Gade, who was revealed as their newest member on Saturday.
“Moving to the transfer list, we will be working together with XANTARES on considering incoming offers, and finding him a new home where he can continue his competitive career. We would like to thank both XANTARES for his hard work and accomplishments, as well as the Turkish community for supporting us through thick and thin.” BIG wrote in a statement on their website.
The squad has not been able to find stability and reach the heights they wanted in 2021, which has led to the addition of the Dane to the roster. BIG will now be able to communicate in their first language for the first time since the organization decided to go international back in 2018.
“For over two and a half years now, XANTARES has worn the BIG jersey. He has delivered outstanding performances as a player on a world-class level, and he deserves our sincere gratitude and respect. On behalf of BIG, we would like to thank XANTARES for his services and achievements as a player and wish him all the best for the future.” BIG’s CEO, Daniel Finkler, said.
“I have decided to follow a new path both for my career and for myself,” XANTARES wrote in a Twitlonger post. “Aside from the good times I have spent while I played at BIG I have also had the opportunity to be able to realize my dream of being ‘Top 1’ among the teams rating and we succeeded in making our team the world’s number one.”
BIG’s new starting lineup looks as follows:
Tizian “tiziaN” Feldbusch
Johannes “tabseN” Wodarz
Nils “k1to” Gruhne
Florian “syrsoN” Rische
Nicklas “gade” Gade
