BIG is ready for IEM Brazil
A much-needed completion for the German side.
A rough start to the new season has been hunting BIG. First, a tough start at BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2023 in Copenhagen, followed by a 13-16th place at IEM Katowice.
Despite a hard hit in the back and no confidence, BIG completed the lower bracket run to secure themselves a spot at the IEM Brazil. The German side took down Sprout, HEET, ENCE, and HONORIS in the final. A well-fought tournament that will give BIG much-needed confidence going forward with the ongoing season.
Without their star player, BIG is now set to take on the top teams from around the world when IEM Brazil kicks off on April 17-23th. Featuring the tournament is $250,000 in the prize pool and an Intel Grand Slam spot.
Marcel "hyped" Köhn who recently got called up to the first team due to some personal issues for their star player Florian "syrsoN" Rische got himself the perfect start as a first-team player for BIG.
