ZywOo and Vitality batter Astralis at IEM Fall
A masterclass performance by ZywOo saw Vitality end on top in the 3rd place decider.
The European edition of IEM Fall is officially over, with all 24 teams having been given a final placement. The last match at the important RMR event was the 3rd place decider between Astralis and Vitality, where it was the latter team who ended on top.
The Bo3 matchup quickly proved out to be a very one-sided affair in the favour of the Frenchmen. Especially Vitality’s young CS:GO phenomenon, Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut was playing some insane Counter-Strike. On Nuke, Astralis had major problems controlling the powerful AWPer, who ended the first map with a stellar 2.14 Rating and a likewise impressive 30-9 K-D.
Even though ZywOo cooled off on Vertigo, Vitality still managed to secure the 2-0 victory.
