Vitality put on a dominant showing to eliminate Complexity!
The Frenchmen eliminated Complexity out of IEM Global Challenge with a convincing 2-0 victory.
Complexity with ottoNd as a stand-in was no match for Vitality in the elimination game as they exited the tournament after two convincing losses, that saw the French-side moving on to Group B’s decider.
Nuke: 16-9 – shox: 22-11 K/D, 1.47 rating
Dust2: 16-3 – ZywOo: 18-8 K/D, 1.84 rating
The series started on Nuke, where shox and company were able to grab hold of momentum to come out on top of a back and forth fight. 28-year-old shox delivered three clutches in a row, a 1v2, 1v1, and an unreal 1v4 to close out a dominant run for the Frenchmen on T-side.
Complexity and Vitality turned to Dust2 and blameF’s troops didn’t stand a chance as Vitality powered through with a 13-round streak right before wrapping out the series 2-0, despite losing the Pistol round.
Complexity and ottoNd finish the last event of the year with a last-place finish, while ZywOo and company have secured their spot in the next round of IEM Global Challenge.
