Team Vitality is off to a great start!
Vitality overcame the power of s1mple and took their first win at BLAST World Final.
The mixed European team took down the favorites from Natus Vincere in a 2-0 fashion.
The first map of the series was Inferno. A match with rounds going back and forth. Both teams saw themselves take the right round on the T side to secure the overtime. Vitality was the team to come out on top as they won 16-19 in overtime after great round wins by Magisk and Spinx.
The second map of the series was Nuke, a map picked by the Ukrainian team NAVI. s1mple and co. were on fire doing the first eight rounds of the map, but suddenly things started to turn as Vitality took the last seven out of seven possible. an 7-8 half in favor of Vitality turned into a 7-13 scoreline. the French/Danish team managed to get 12 rounds in a row. Vitality took the map win 11-16 and the series victory 2-0.
