Snappi on NAVI matchup: We have zero pressure on our shoulders
The desk at ESL Pro League Season 14 spoke with ENCE’s Snappi after their victory against forZe.
On Wednesday, ENCE took down forZe in the playoffs of ESL Pro League Season 14 to secure a spot in the quarter-finals, where they will face off against s1mple’s NAVI.
The match against NAVI will be a tough one for ENCE and probably their toughest challenge yet, but it will also be a match where all the pressure will be on CS:GO’s No.1 team in NAVI. After ENCE’s victory over forZe, the desk at EPL spoke with Marco “Snappi” Pfeiffer to hear about his thoughts before the big match against the Russian-Ukrainian side. In the post-match interview, the Dane stated that him and his squad can lay off the nerves and play freely because it will be an embarrassment for NAVI if they lose.
“For the match on Friday against NAVI, they’re number one in the world, they’re the giant, so I think that for that match we can lay off the nerves pretty easily because the pressure is on them and not us at all. For them it’s an embarrassment if they lose to ENCE. That’s why all the pressure is on them and we have zero pressure on our shoulders in that match.”
The quarter-final match between ENCE and NAVI will kick off on Friday at 16:00 (CET).
