Outsiders clinch IEM Rio Grand Final spot over MOUZ
Jame has carried his troops to the title decider after a fantastic semifinal performance.
The first grand finalist at IEM Rio Major has been found with the Russians from Outsiders battering MOUZ in the first semifinal in Jeunesse Arena this Saturday evening.
The match started on MOUZ’s map pick of Ancient. It was also Chris “dexter” Nong and company who initiated the map the best as they quickly got off a 4-0 lead. However, from there towards halftime, everything was controlled by Outsiders.
After the switch, Outsiders were up 10-5 due to a strong performance by the captain Dzami “Jame” Ali and his countryman David "n0rb3r7" Daniyelyan. The CIS team didn’t lose momentum on the T-side and secured the 1-0 map lead with a 16-10 victory.

Outsiders secured the grand final ticket on Inferno after a thrilling second map which ended 16-14 to MOUZ. On the decider, it especially Evgenii 'FL1T' Lebedev stepped up massively presenting a stellar individual performance on both the T and CT side.
The map ended with 16-7 scoreline in the favour of Outsiders, as Jame and company now are set to play the winner of Heroic vs FURIA in the Grand Final tomorrow at 19.00 (CET):
