Can IHC do it again?
IHC is looking to make yet another upset!
Outsiders take upon the upset team from IEM Katowice.
There are no head-to-head meetings between the two teams as It's the first time that they will play against each other. Outsiders fell short against NAVI in the IEM Katowice quarter-final. IHC on the other hand became the team that most people were talking about. The Mongolian team managed to knock out FURIA in the play-in stage and Cloud9 in the Group stage. Reaching the playoffs for the first time in a top tournament, IHC, unfortunately, got knocked out by FaZe on the biggest stage they have ever played on. A learning process for IHC which now sees itself as the world's number #18 on the HLTV world ranking list.
Both Outsiders and IHC have their own playstyle, they don't play after the book as many other teams do. It's hard to predict the outcome of the match, as IHC have shown that they can win matches despite being an underdog. However, it's fair to say that Outsiders is a more competitive roster going into the big tournaments as we saw at the end of 2022 where they won the IEM Brazil Major 2022. We believe at Pley.gg that Outsiders will take home their first victory at the event, but it will be a close encounter between the two teams as IHC is looking to make yet another upset.
