Is this CS:GO’s brightest star?
fame took the CS:GO world by storm at the newly-concluded IEM Rio Major. But how good is the Outsiders’ talent actually?
Six months ago, Pyotr "fame" Bolyshev wasn’t a household name in CS:GO. The CIS rifler was playing for K23 at that time and only attended smaller events such as open qualifiers and tier-2 and 3 tournaments.
Now, at this present time, Pyotr "fame" Bolyshev is a Major winner, a part of a superstar team which is placed number one on the world ranking, but foremost he’s now a renowned figure in top-tier CS:GO.
Winning the entire thing and averaging an outstanding 1.24 Rating in his first-ever Major tournament, must be one of the most impressive individual achievements in modern CS:GO. On that note, we asked our CS:GO analyst, Niels Christian “NaToSaphiX” Sillassen to take a deeper look at the 19-year-old talent.
"fame is a super complete player. He has phenomenal aim and is a player who’s capable and even good at winning clutches” - NaToSaphiX’s first reaction.
