XTQZZZ out of playoff due to Covid-19: It’s very difficult to accept
The French coach will not be able to coach G2 at the IEM Katowice playoff after getting a positive Covid-19 test.
Aleksi “Aleksib” Virolainen and the rest of G2 are set to conclude the $1.000.000 event without their head coach Rémy "XTQZZZ" Quoniam standing behind them. The organization confirmed the news on their Twitter this Friday, where XTQZZZ also stated himself that he had “developed some symptoms”.
- Bad news to start these Playoffs. I tested positive for COVID-19 yesterday and developed some symptoms. As a result, I'm now in isolation and out of the tournament. I won't be able to coach the team in the mythic Spodek. This is very difficult to accept, XTQZZZ wrote on Twitter and continued:

On Twitter, G2 inform that it will be their General Manager, Jérôme "NiaK" Sudries who will operate as coach for today's match against Virtus.pro at 15:30. Here the two teams will fight for a spot in the semifinal against NAVI.
