Fitness has, for quite some time, been linked with Counter-Strike as a way to further enhance performance in the server. Benjamin "blameF" Bremer takes this phenomenon to a whole new level. He states the discipline his fitness journeys have taught him is partially what makes him such a great Counter-Strike player. The ability to grind for hours and hours all by himself has made him one of the most exciting Danish stars.
Perhaps the ability to grind and keep pushing himself is also the reason why he is one of, if not the best, individually performing in-game leaders Counter-Strike currently has to offer. As a matter of fact, he is currently the best performing player for Complexity, scoring a 1.20 rating in the past three months. Putting up these kinds of numbers, whilst also being an in-game leader is nothing short of spectacular.
