Video: EliGE shares his thoughts on the new Operation Riptide
The 24-year-old talks about the gameplay changes introduced with Operation Riptide.
Last week, Valve stunned the entire CS:GO community as they released a completely new update called Operation Riptide. The new update consists of Major gameplay changes but the most impactful and significant change seems to be the new nade function, which allows players to drop each type of grenades.
In a video on his YouTube channel, Team Liquid’s 24-year-old rifler, Jonathan “EliGE” Jablonowski shared his thoughts on the multiple changes introduced with Operation Riptide. EliGE specifically went on to give his biggest criticism of the new grenade dropping feature.
“It is good to have something overall different. I think overall for both sides, you are going to be seeing a lot of misdirection and it is going to be hard to read the game. I think that might be like the biggest criticism that I might have for the nade change, what setup are the CT’s in, which side is weak right how, where have they used all their utility, you are not going to know.”
