Strong Juggernaut will not play at ESL Pro League S14
Owing to a hand injury, Kristian "k0nfig" Wienecke is unable to compete at the prominent event for now.
Complexity will have to do without their powerful rifler Kristian “k0nfig” Wienecke at the ongoing ESL Pro League Season 14, the org confirms on Monday. The Danish star player has suffered a minor wrist injury, which makes him unable to compete. The news comes as a big setback for Complexity, as k0nfig has been their second highest-rated player this year and where they also will lack his relentless aggression and strong entries.
It has been confirmed that Niels Christian “NaToSaphiX” Sillassen will replace k0nfig at the $750.000 event, with this being his third tournament as a stand-in for Complexity. The 25-year-old also helped the “Juggernauts” last year in the playoffs at ESL Pro League 12 and IEM New York.
NaToSaphiX and the rest of Complexity will kick off their EPL campaign on Saturday this week, where he will play together with his fellow countrymen in Benjamin “blameF” Bremer and the newly acquired Patrick “es3tag” Hansen.
