Sources: k0nfig close to joining Astralis
Multiple sources have told Jaxon that Kristian “k0nfig” Wienecke will quite likely be back in action with a different star on his jersey.
On Thursday, Complexity’s Kristian “k0nfig” Wienecke came forward with some positive news about his recovery. The 24-year-old Dane had injured his right wrist in the middle of August, right before Complexity was about to compete in the ESL Pro League Season 14 event. But now, almost a month later k0nfig has addressed the community with good news.
As the Dane is currently focusing on coming back after the injury, multiple sources have told Jaxon that the 24-year-old Dane won’t be renewing his contract with Complexity and will quite likely be back in action with a different star on his jersey once he is ready to compete again.
According to Jaxon, k0nfig’s contract with Complexity expires 1st of January 2022. He tried to reach out to Complexity and the Dane, but they declined to answer any questions regarding the matter.
