Report: nitr0 to return to CS:GO
Nicholas “nitr0” Cannella’s come back to CS:GO could soon become reality according to 1pv.fr.
As mentioned before, it’s no secret that Team Liquid isn’t in the best shape at the current moment. The North American team hasn’t lived up to their previous top levels with several poor results and after the Major in Stockholm, rumors began to spread about “internal issues” within the roster. Something, Jake “Stewie2k” Yip and Jonathan “EliGE” Jablonowski confirmed to Pley.gg yesterday in Copenhagen.
Earlier this month, RushBMedia announced in a report that Liquid shouldn’t have Jake “Stewie2k” Yip, nor Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo in its lineup, as the two of them are currently evaluating their options heading into 2022. Michael “Grim” Wince doesn’t seem to be in Liquid’s plan for the next year either according to a report by 1pv.fr.
As initially rumored by upcomer, and according to multiple sources close to Nicholas “nitr0” Cannella, the 26-year-old American could very soon be making his return to the North American organization to compete in CS:GO once again.
Jonathan “EliGE” Jablonowski who seems to be the only survivor in the roster, should be joined by Richard “shox” Papillon alongside Nick “nitr0” Cannella, as the 29-year-old Frenchman has been strongly linked to the North American organization. This was also reported by 1pv.fr.
Another player rumored to be in Liquid’s plan for 2022 is FURIA’s Vinicius “VINI” Figueiredo, who according to Globo, could be exiting the Brazilian organization after spending four years under the FURIA banner.
