karrigan: You can see a different FaZe now
Finn “karrigan” Andersen took his time to talk with the desk following their victory over his former team.
FaZe grabbed their first victory in the Group B against karrigan’s former teammates from mousesports, bouncing back from their 1-2 loss to Vitality in the opening match at the prominent event.

FaZe Clan went into ESL Pro League Season 13 with karrigan who made his return to the organization. The captain took his time and talked with the desk following their victory over his former team in their first encounter since his return. karrigan touched on his progress with the team so far and how he had to throw everything they had in their playbook out the window to implement a new style.
“It’s always a game of chess when you play old teammates. So, it was more like ‘throw out the playbook and think on-the-fly’ and I think it worked wonders. I took everything they had and threw it out the window. We started from scratch and implemented my style. It was very chaotic at IEM Katowice, but you can see a different FaZe now, we’re playing to strength of our player.”
FaZe will play their next match on Monday, with the squad set to face off against the Swedish Ninjas from NiP at 12:00 (CET).
