Pistol rounds win - FaZe
FaZe Clan did not make it through to the playoffs, but it was not due to their pistol rounds. They won ten out of 14 pistol rounds. Virtus.pro and Gambit are right behind them. A deeper dive into the second round following the pistol round reveals an interesting fact. Even though NAVI only won seven out of 14 rounds, they still managed to win 71 % of the following rounds regardless if they had won or lost the first round.

The aggressiveness of CIS Counter-strike reveals itself in these stats. VP, NAVI, Spirit, and Gambit leads the charts at getting the opening kills during a round. Virtus.pro got 57.7% of the opening kills during a round. At last place, we find Ninjas in Pyjamas with 33.3%.
