Troublesome start for MOUZ and NAVI
The first two matchups of the Elimination Round were closely fought.
If the opening games of the Elimination Round are anything to go by of what we can expect from this stage of the tournament, we are in store for some interesting matches today.
On Mirage, NAVI and TheMongolz almost went the distance, before Aleksi "Aleksib" Virolainen and his teammates prevailed in the end to secure a 13-10 win.
It got even closer on Overpass in the second match of the day, with MOUZ taking on the hometown heroes from ECSTATIC. The Danes started fast going 5-0 before MOUZ were able to answer back. The match ended up being decided by a 1vs2 clutch from Ludvig "Brollan" Brolin, who saved his new teammates in a situation, where ECSTATIC could have easily run away with the victory.
All four teams are back in action later tonight in the second round of the Elimination Stage.
