The first pair of matches in the prominent even has been concluded with Vitality, Gambit, G2, and FunPlus Phoenix coming out on top in each of their matchups.

NiKo and company from G2 crushed Extra Salt 16-1 in their first matchup to secure a spot in the upper semi-finals, where they will face off against FunPlus Phoenix for a spot in the upper final at the event. Extra Salt on the other side, have a tough task ahead of them as they take on Astralis in the lower bracket.

G2 started the match on the right foot and quickly managed to build momentum. nexa’s troops finished off the first half with an impressive 14-1 lead, before they quickly closed out the map in the second half. NiKo and AmaNEk topped the scoreboard with 2.22 and 2.03 ratings respectively, while not a single player from Extra Salt managed to post an above-average rating.
