G2 captain: I’m so proud of everyone on the team
Nemanja “nexa” Isakovic was more than happy with his team’s performance in the semi-final.
The G2 squad managed to book their ticket to the BLAST Premier Spring Final event with their third straight victory in the Showdown, taking down Spirit 2-1 in the semi-final of the single-elimination bracket.
G2’s Serbian IGL spoke with the desk at BLAST Premier Spring Showdown in a post-match interview, where he said that he’s happy that the team overcame the last hurdle this time.
“I’m just super happy that we actually managed to pull it off, it has been a long time since we managed to win three games in a row. I think that was actually our goal coming here, to string a few games in a row, we usually just get two wins and then fall at the last hurdle, but we overcame it this time and honestly, I feel amazing and I’m so proud of everyone on the team,” Nemanja “nexa” Isakovic said in the post-game interview.
