FaZe ready for Group B Final while Complexity drops down to the knockout stage
Both Team Liquid and FaZe won their matches today at BLAST Spring Groups.
The day started with OG taking on FaZe. All three maps ended one-sided, with the two rosters winning their own map pick in a confident style. Inferno was set as the decider, but here OG never got anything going. Twistzz, ropz, and broky all had their moments during the match, with the latter two dictating the pace and match on the last map, where FaZe blasted off OG 16-4.
Next up was Complexity vs. Team Liquid. The NA derby was kicked off on Anubis, which quickly turned out to be a huge mistake for Complexity winning only two rounds during the map.
On Overpass Complexity showed a better face, but could not prevent Liquid from winning their own map pick 16-12.
With the loss, Complexity drop down to the single elimination knockout bracket, where they still have the opportunity to advance to the Spring Finals. FaZe is ready for the Group B Final, while Liquid and OG go head to head for the last spot in the group final.
