ENCE defeats Swedish Ninjas and qualifies for Grand Final
Lotan "Spinx" Giladi delivered a masterclass in the victory.
It was the clash of the two best T-sides in the first semi-final of the day at ESL Pro League Season 15 where ENCE and Ninjas in Pyjamas went head to head.
ENCE kicked off the match taking a strong 12-3 lead on their T-side. A lead that NIP could not match in the second half on Nuke. ENCE won their map pick 16-10.
NIP picked Ancient as the next battleground. A map that quickly has developed into being a favorite for the Swedes. But again it was ENCE, who took the lead at the break. At 9-6, nothing was determined, but for NIP it was a bad omen seeing their starplayer, REZ on the bottom of the scoreboard after the first 15 rounds.
On the other side of the server, Lotan "Spinx" Giladi has been one of the best players in the tournament. Today the Israeli again showcased his talents. On both Nuke and Ancient, the 21-year-old rifler was on fire giving ENCE several good opening kills. His partner in crime Paweł 'dycha' Dycha also delivered on a high level. The two of them were too much to handle for NIP. In the end it was Spinx who clutched to seal the deal for ENCE, who won the map and the match 16-14, and is now ready for tomorrow's Grand Final at ESL Pro League.
The other finalist will be found tonight in the match between FURIA and FaZe.
