Some players have managed to become an expert in the act of clutches, as Astralis’ Andreas “Xyp9x” Højsleth also called “Clutch Minister”, is a perfect example of. The Dane have with his staggering 673 clutches cemented himself in the history of CS:GO, as one of the best clutch players ever.
However, the Clutch Minister have been dethroned in 2020, owing to the rise of Benjamin “blameF” Bremer. Besides micromanaging his team, blameF also has been an outstanding clutch player, concluding the year on the top of the rankings with his 86 1vX clutches.
