Complexity got their revenge against fnatic
fnatic outplayed Complexity last time the two organizations met in January, but today it was Complexity who overpowered and outplayed a weak fnatic.
Already in the first map at Mirage, Complexity started their dominance in the half of the match.
After the first half, the dominance was real as Complexity was leading 11-4 as the T side, clear domination as the stats shows that there is a bigger chance of winning the rounds as the CT side on Mirage.
The second half of the first map seemed to be a formality, as Complexity became CT´s, but this didn’t happen Complexity had a difficult time containing the T side from fnatic, who almost made the comeback before Complexity hit the golden number 16.
Fnatic ended up winning the round 8-5, and there was hope that they could find the confidence to make the game more competitive in the second map.
But this didn’t happen either as Complexity turned on another gear as the CT side on Inferno, where the European team outplayed the offense of fnatic in the first half, they were leading 11-4 after the first half on Inferno.
Therefore, fnatic hoped for a minor miracle if they should come back in the game, and they fought bravely, but they never came close after the bad first half on Inferno.
The second half ended 6-5 in fnatic´s favor, but the map wasn’t competitive after the first-half performance by a strong Complexity roster.
The second map ended 16-10 to Complexity, this means that the Europeans got their revenge against the Swedish roster after being outplayed back in January.
An impressive performance, where the whole roster from Complexity had a rating over 1.02, and three of the players had a rating over 1.25.
