YNk on FaZe departure: I had some long-standing issues with some of the players
The Serbian coach lashes out on FaZe and former players in an honest interview with HLTV.org
Janko ”YNk” Paunović left FaZe on 28th of October, after more than a year’s service for the international organization. YNk spoke with HLTV Confirmed about his departure where he gave his perception on an allegedly poor team culture and organization.
”For me it was mostly, being dissatisfied with the (FaZe) organization.”
The Serbian coach further explains that he had “long-standing issues” with some of his players due to their lack of commitment.
“I didn’t like the level of their effort, and I didn’t like their commitment and their work ethic has dropped off. I tried in different ways and multiple times to change that and to have them improve and understand the importance of it. … But I didn’t really feel that I could keep working with some of the players on the team”
