One year ago at ESL Pro League Season 14 in a matchup against Liquid, Heroic’s Ismail “refrezh” Ali (now Sprout) defied all odds by delivering one of the best plays in CS:GO for a long time – and arguably the best of 2021.

In what looked like an impossible 1v5 situation on Inferno against five Liquid members, refrezh stepped up massively to deny the North Americans’ match point. To get the very best insight and feel of the already iconic play, Heroic has released their voice comms from the insane round on their YouTube channel.
