Before this week Antonio “Martinez” Martinez had played against ZERO Top 50 teams in his short career. It was therefore a true baptism by fire, the Spanish AWPer experienced when he and his new team Movistar Riders took on Liquid at ESL Pro League Season 16.
Many upcomers and talents need some time to adapt to tier-1 CS:GO - however, that doesn’t seem to be a problem for Movistar Riders’ new acquisition. Just look at his numbers from the Liquid match from Wednesday, where he completely out-AWPed Josh “oSee” Ohm.
