Road to Rio qualifiers have started
Today marks the first day of the open qualifiers for IEM Rio in November.
Who will make it to Rio? The fight for qualification for the 18th Major in history has begun.
Today the European, South America and North American qualifiers kick off. In the bowl of teams, who have to go the long way through the open qualifiers are Astralis, OG, EG, Complexity, and Movistar Riders. The winners will advance to the RMR tournament later on, where the participants for the IEM Rio Major will be found.
In the European open qualifiers, there are four qualification tournaments, where five spots are for grabs in each.
