Have you ever thought about what professional Counter-Strike players are doing when preparing for a big tournament? Posted on G2´s own Youtube channel, the players and staff are preparing for the last big tournament in 2022. BLAST World Finals are on the calendar for eight top teams in the world, who will be competing for a World Final trophy as well as $1,000,000 in prize pool.
Many fans in the community believe that CSGO players spend every hour on the server practicing executes and retakes to best their opponents, but in reality, the players from G2 use team building and mental performance as a big part of their training before going into top-tier tournaments. A 2022 year with ups and downs from the mixed European team now leads to one last tournament with hopes to give something back to all the fans who have witnessed G2 crumble on the big stage in recent tournaments.
