TeSeS: There’s a lot of hate going on right now, but I’m 100% focused on playing CS
In a press session, Rene “TeSeS” Madsen from Heroic talks about how it is concentrating on CS while the HUNDEN-case is running.
The players from Heroic are right now positioned in an unusual and quite the mixed situation – Right in the centre of the spotlight.
The profiled Danes have just qualified for the playoffs at ESL Pro League Season 14 after a flawless 5-0 run in Group A, however, it seems like the impressive achievement drowned when their former coach, Nicolai “HUNDEN” Petersen claimed he had evidence implicating TeSeS and Nikolaj “NiKo” Kristensen.
In a press session on Monday before the EPL playoffs, TeSeS spoke about the matter, where he touched on how he and the team were trying to focus on the in-game aspect of the game and not the ongoing case surrounding HUNDEN.
- There’s a lot of hate going on right now, but we have tried having so much noise when we have played before and we have always performed under it. I’m always 100% focused when I play, and our main goal at this playoff is just to do our best, no matter what.
These things that are happening right now cannot stop us, TeSeS said.
Heroic’s in-game leader Casper “cadiaN” Møller added a comment to the matter, even though the 26-year-old captain began the press session by saying that they won’t answer any questions about the HUNDEN-situation.
“We are a strong group of players, who is trying to help each other as much as possible. We did an amazing group stage and we are hoping for an amazing playoff as well, cadiaN explains.

You can get a better understanding of the situation surrounding HUNDEN in this timeline of events from his cheating back in 2020 to him claiming that "some players knew" about the same cheating here in July this year. One of the players, who allegedly helped HUNDEN to use the coaching bug was TeSeS.
