We had a chat with Heroic star player "stavn" after a disappointing result against Team Liquid
Since the Astralis core dissolved and went their separate ways, Heroic have established themselves as the best Danish team in the world of professional CS:GO. With Astralis looking better and better and Heroic yet to find the consistency needed to be considered a top 5 team in the current CS:GO climate, Astralis is looking to regain the title as the best Danish team in CS:GO.
Suffering a huge blow today were Heroic who faced Team Liquid in a battle for qualification to the upcoming BLAST Premier Fall Finals event. Heroic never showed up in the Bo3-series and what looked like a fearless Team Liquid side managed to best the Danes in two confident map victories.
We spoke with Heroic star player "stavn" after the tough loss against Liquid. When asked about the defeat, the Danish rifler and secondary AWP'er stated that "YEKINDAR" played a big part in the success of Team Liquid against Heroic:
"Of course we were expecting YEKINDAR to be aggressive and stuff like that but he had a lot of pushes on A that caught us off guard."
When asked about the future of Team Liquid, since the addition of "YEKINDAR", the "stavn" followed up by saying:
"I think YEKINDAR is a great addition for them, he is a really strong player and they can only get better with him, of course."
