The prominent $250.000 event DreamHack Masters Spring presented yesterday a star-studded Grand Final between the two CIS giants in Natus Vincere and Gambit. A matchup, which ended in a total bloodbath as Aleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev and the rest of NAVI steamrolled over the youngsters from Gambit, handing them a devastating 3-0 loss.
After the match, a very pleased MVP in s1mple took his time talking with the desk, where he explained he and NAVI never had lost their motivation and hunger, even though having endured a very strugglesome period, where people might have doubted them.
In the post-match interview, the Ukrainian powerhouse also praised his wingman Denis “electronic” Sharipov, who ended the Grand Final with a stellar 1.47 Rating.
s1mple continues by assuring that they will work and practice harder, especially towards the upcoming LAN-event, where they will focus on expanding their map pool.
