NiP steal the victory over mousesports in ESL Pro League
The Swedish Ninjas come back and reverse sweep mousesports to get their third win in ESL Pro League.
NiP are now sharing the spot at the top of ESL Pro League Group B with G2 following a hard-fought victory over mousesports, who are out of the running for a playoff spot in the event. Despite a monster performance from mousesports’ Robin “ropz” Kool, they didn’t manage to close out the series on the decider where they finished off first half with a 5-10 lead.

The action started on Inferno where it was all about ropz who shined as he powered mousesports to a 9-6 lead on the CT-side with some impressive numbers. As the teams switched sides, NiP grabbed two rounds, but as soon as mousesports got their first full buy, the ropz show continued. The Estonian went huge and helped his team to close out the map 16-9.
On Dust2, it was NiP’s turn to be in control. The Swedish squad came out looking a different side, shutting out mousesports’ offence with ease to take a 10-5 lead before halftime. The mousesports squad had a hard time to execute on the bombsite’s and it didn’t take long for NiP to equalize the series by closing out the map with the same score line as the opener.
NiP wrapped up the series 2-1 by taking the decider 16-14 despite being behind 5-10 before halftime. NiP’s hampus put on a stellar performance, dropping a 32-bomb and played a massive role in the comeback to help his team take the victory.
