NiKo: I have high expectations from the beginning
The 23-year-old talks expectations ahead of his debut game tomorrow against Brazilian FURIA.
In an interview with HLTV.org, Nikola “NiKo” Kovac spoke about what we can expect from him and G2 at BLAST with not so much time together.
“We have had three days of practice before tomorrow's game, but I still expect us to do very well. I have high expectations from the beginning, based on the structure they had before, I believe that was really good, and with me being on the team I’m going to help them in a lot of ways.” NiKo stated.
The Bosnian prodigy also commented on what it will take to get a good start at BLAST and the answer is pretty clear: “If we beat FURIA tomorrow I think we’re going to have a really good tournament, but if we lose, I think it can maybe ruin our confidence a little bit.” adding that “It’s very important that we get a win versus FURIA and that it will make our job in the beginning easier.”
NiKo’s debut game will take place on Monday at 19:30 (CEST) against FURIA in the opening round of BLAST Premier Fall Series Group C.
