Huge upset! Endpoint destroys NAVI in spectacular fashion
The world's number one was utterly dominated by Endpoint.
One of the biggest upsets of the year happened today at ESL Pro League Group A. The underdogs from Endpoint had lost both of their opening matches at the event, which put the UK roster under heavy pressure before the match.
Endpoint has already proven to be a good team on Ancient, but taking down s1mple and the rest of NAVI was still a huge task to ask of the UK team. But with Kia 'Surreal' Man in top form, everything was suddenly possible for Endpoint. An 8-7 lead at halftime was converted to an amazing CT half for Endpoint winning all rounds in the second half.
On Dust2 the aftermath of the shock on Ancient lingered on. Endpoint found themselves 10-5 up after a great showing from Guy 'Nertz' Iluz, and followed through in the second half to win the match. An amazing result from Endpoint who stays alive in ESL Pro League with the upset win.
Both teams will be back in action tomorrow.
